Shipping Policy

Huntd is pleased to offer worldwide shipping from Australia. Please note there may be some restrictions on certain countries in which case we will email you with a refund.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia): please allow up to 3-5 business days from date of shipment.

International Shipping: please allow up to 3 - 16 business days from date of shipment.

Please note: Some countries may charge duties and fees, We are not responsible for any fees incurred by customs, tariffs, and taxes. It is advised that you check with your local customs office if you are worried about fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may return or exchange your new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus the shipping cost.

  • If there is a shipping cost at the time of sale, the shipping cost will not be refunded - only the full cost of the item. Please note, if you are a domestic customer with free shipping, your refund will be processed minus the shipping cost.

  • No signs of wear should be shown on the sole of foot or heel. Original shoe box must be included and in new and undamaged condition.

  • Any returns must be made directly from the Huntd.com.au website

  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items that are on sale may only be exchanged if another size is required (depending on availability). Refunds will only be made if your required size is not available.
